As you know (or are about to know!) I’ve recently decided to give up running and get my butt back to the local CrossFit gym.
Christmas is not a good time for this decision. You may be wondering, “why? It seems like a great idea! You are beating the new year resolution crowd!”
CrossFit coaches are a little bit sadistic is why. They come up with fun sounding workouts like “The 12 days of Christmas”. I’m not going to go into great detail, because I wouldn’t want to ruin the surprise…. But as a hint, it takes almost 12 days to complete.
The couch & I will be bonding again tonight.
